Can I book a private class with you?

Absolutely if you would like to do one of our creative classes but as a private group or a one to one, please contact us at communitycreativestudios@hotmail.com

Are there toilet facilities?

Yes, there are male and female toilets. These are shared with the other residents in the block. There is a step up to the toilets.

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything you will need for a class is provided, we have tea and coffee but if you require any other drinks please bring those with you. 

What should I wear?

When attending a creative class please wear something that you don't mind spoiling...just in case! Also dress appropriately, we are based in a large unit that is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We have fans, heaters and even blankets.

Can I leave my children at activities?

Unfortunately not, 1 adult to every 2 children will need to stay to supervise children during a class or activity. The seating is provided for the person/child taking part so you may have to stand although I will do my best to squeeze in seat where I can.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is your cancellation policy? 

Sometimes life happens, we get it. Unfortunately due to cancellations we no longer offer refunds for cancelled bookings. 

No-shows and last minute cancellations will not be offered a new date. 

Date Transfer Policy

If you need to make any changes to your booking please contact us at communitycreativestudios@hotmail.com.

ONE complimentary date transfer is permitted if requested at least 7 days before your class. If the class you are booked onto doesn't have another available date we can issue a gift card valid for 1 year for you to use at a later date.
